We will remember in our prayers the Church Organist and members of the Church Choir.

PRAYER FOCUS:SOUTH EAST  ASIA EARTHQUAKE TSUNAMI DISASTER

Remember before God:

~   the families, friends and communities of the bereaved and injured

~   all engaged directly in emergency and relief work

~   the leaders of the countries directly effected

~   government agencies working alongside the United Nations in mobilising international aid

~   aid agencies channelling resources through their regional partners

~   all waiting anxiously for news of friends and relatives

~   Church leaders, ministers and members providing emotional support and spiritual comfort for those crushed by the catastrophe.

(Give thanks to God, that PCI mission personnel currently serving in Indonesia are safe and well.  Rev Barry McCroskery and his family are on the island of Timor, and Mervyn McCullagh works on Sumba.  Both of these islands are some 3000 miles from the epicentre of the earthquake and did not experience the tsunami.)
