LAUNCH OF NEW HYMNBOOK IN ROSEMARY

For the first time in its history the Presbyterian Church in Ireland has produced its own hymnbook.  It was launched in a big event on September 18th 2004 in the Waterfront Hall.  Since then it has been a huge success and is being received enthusiastically by the congregations of our denomination.  In Rosemary Church we will introduce and launch the new hymnbook, the Irish Presbyterian Hymnbook (IPH), in the morning service on 19 December 2004 and invite you all to come and join in.

Since we can put the words of hymns and songs up on Power Point, Kirk Session and Committee decided not to buy hymnbooks for the pews at this moment.  But, if you would like to purchase a hymnbook for your own use, there will be word and music editions for sale on 19 December before and after the morning service.  Also, if you would like to donate some hymnbooks for use in the pews of the church, please let us know or go ahead, buy some and we would be happy to put your dedication in if you would like your donation to be especially remembered.  C. Bradley.
