PRAYER FOCUS FOR THE WEEK

We will remember in our prayers the leaders and members in our Rosemary Drama Group.

PRAYER FOCUS : KENYA

Derek Roulston travelled into Galana this week with the Moderator of Presbytery and members of the Galana Development Committee to ‘cut the first sod’ which marks the beginning of the building of the new school!  The first lorry from Nairobi with building materials has hopefully arrived this week.  Many more deliveries will be needed, so please pray for safety on the eight-hour journey from Nairobi and for favourable (dry) weather so they can negotiate the rough dirt roads without difficulty or mishap.  Derek is recovering from another bout of malaria and is also suffering with a tropical ulcer.  Pray for his health, that it may soon improve.  Also remember Linda and Joshua ‘at home’ in Malindi, and the girls, Laura-Jayne and Amy, away at boarding school in another part of Kenya.
