^   PRAYER FOCUS: INDONESIA

Barry, Elsye and Rebecca McCroskery, who left for Indonesia last November, have adapted well to life in Kupang.  Thank God for this and for the support and welcome from Elsye’s family and friends in Timor.  Pray that Barry will continue to make good progress in learning Indonesian and in understanding administration of the church and its different ways of working.  Pray also for Elsye as she teaches in the Theological faculty in the Christian University, and for good health and safety for the family, particularly for Rebecca as she begins to walk and needs a constant watchful eye!  Pray for victims of recent natural disasters in Indonesia – in the tsunami disaster in Aceh and the earthquake in Alor in November 2004. (Many of GMIT’s churches in Alor were destroyed by this earthquake.)

^   MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTY OFFERING for 2005

This year we have important work to do.  It is absolutely necessary to refurbish the manse before a new minister is appointed, together with on-going general up-keep of our church and halls. Offerings for MOP will be taken during this month of March.  Envelopes will be distributed to every home and also available in the church pews.  We trust you will respond with your usual generosity, and if you have not contributed previously please consider doing so this year.
