^   PRAYER FOCUS FOR THE WEEK

We will remember in our prayers the members and office bearers in our Congregational Committee.

^   PRAYER FOCUS: ROMANIA

At present the Aksza Mission to street children, where Ilona Veres serves, has 33 children who live in, or attend Aksza for day care.  An increasing number of children in Romania are being abandoned by parents who leave Romania to work in western Europe.

     Prayers Points –

·        Pray for staff and volunteers at the home; for Christ’s love and grace to dominate their care and work practices with the children.

·        Pray for each of the 33 children.  Pray especially for continued comfort and for the settling-in of three siblings who came to live at Aksza in November.  Remember also two siblings aged 6 and 12 who were abandoned mid-February when their parents left Romania to work in Ireland for six months.

·        Pray for openness and receptiveness in the weekly Bible studies at Aksza and for deepening in faith of those children who have already come to faith to Jesus Christ.
