^   PRAYER FOCUS: NEPAL

Joe and Janet Campbell leave for Kathmandu on 18th September to join United Mission to Nepal’s (UMN) staff team.   Joe will be taking up the role of ‘Peace and Conflict Transformation Advisor’ with UMN – working with UMN’s Nepali partners, particularly those who are Christian, and with the Nepali Church. Joe will, amongst other things, help develop peace and conflict transformation models.  Janet has been offered a number of roles but she is going to wait until later to decide which one to take up.  A Commissioning Service will take place tonight at 6.30pm in their home congregation of First Holywood Presbyterian Church. Pray for Joe and Janet as they complete preparations for leaving home and that the Commissioning Service will be a blessing and encouragement to them both.
